The Automotive Retail Operating System.
The website, the identity graph, the attribution, the audiences and the AI storefront run as one system instead of five vendors. Every dollar you spend gets traced to the deal it closed and the service revenue that followed. See what your rooftop is really worth.

Measured at a live rooftop on the platform. Built for Toyota and Lexus, architected for every OEM.

You are not short on data. You are short on a system that agrees with itself.
Each vendor holds a fragment of the same buyer and sells it back to you as insight. None of them reconcile. The result is a marketing budget defended with numbers nobody in the building actually believes.
Knows what was browsed. Does not know who browsed it, or whether they bought.
One buyer, four entries, three spellings. Follow-up fires at all four.
Holds the closed deal and the service history, and speaks to nothing upstream.
Last-click credit assigned by the party getting paid on the outcome.
Five layers. One system. Most stores buy them from five vendors who do not speak.
Two thirds of your service customers bought the car somewhere else.
At one live rooftop, 42,466 of 63,979 VINs serviced on site were not in the sales records. They trust the store enough to pay for service and bought the car from a competitor. Nobody knew, because service and sales never shared an identity.

Move the slider to your annual serviced VIN count.
Applied against the ratios we measured at a live rooftop: 66.4% of serviced vehicles were bought somewhere else, and 92.8% of those were the same brand you sell.
Directional estimate from one rooftop's measured ratios. Your store will differ. We run the real number against your DMS on the walkthrough.
Ingest, resolve, reconcile, activate. On a loop that does not stop.
Website, chat, phone, lead providers, CRM, DMS and OEM feeds land in your tenant on a live stream, not a nightly file drop.
Hashed identifiers, behavioral signals and household logic collapse fragments into one NexusID with a confidence score on every merge.
Spend is matched to closed deals and service revenue at the individual level. The ledger balances, or it tells you exactly where it does not.
What the ledger proves works becomes the next audience, pushed to your channels with compliance and suppression already applied.
Your inventory. Inside ChatGPT.
Shoppers have started asking an assistant instead of typing into a search box. When they do, your rooftop is already in the answer, and the lead lands in your CRM with attribution intact, bound to the same NexusID as every other touch.
Live in production today, while other dealers are still waiting.

Layer one is the website. Everything above it only works because that page reports back.
Frontier Toyota runs live on the platform. Every sold vehicle stays live as an indexed page that keeps converting search and AI traffic into leads, and every signal on the page writes back into the identity graph.

One record, four very different jobs.
Know which vendor is producing and which is invoicing. Cancel with evidence.
One definition of a customer across every rooftop, brand and DMS instance.
See national spend land in a retail deal without collecting a single raw record.
Defend your work with the client's own ledger rather than your platform's dashboard.
We got tired of sitting in meetings where four vendors each claimed the same car. Nobody in the room could prove any of it. So we built the system that settles the argument, and we ran it on a real rooftop before we sold it to anyone.
- We do not sell media, take referral fees, or resell leads
- We do not pool your customer data or model across clients
- On exit you get a full export and we destroy our copy

The questions we get asked in the first ten minutes.
What is Nexus Motive?
An operating system for automotive retail. It runs the dealer website, resolves every customer touchpoint into one identity, reconciles marketing spend against closed deals and service revenue, builds audiences from that record, and places dealer inventory inside AI assistants. Five layers, one system, instead of five vendors who do not share data.
Does it replace my website provider?
Yes. The website is layer one, not a separate product. Every sold vehicle stays live as an indexed page, and every signal writes back into the identity graph. At a live rooftop the platform generated 152 pages with a 95 out of 100 SEO score in 1.4 seconds.
How is this different from my CRM or my agency's reporting?
A CRM records what your staff enters. Agency reporting grades work the agency was paid to produce. Nexus Motive reconciles spend against deals matched inside your DMS, so no vendor scores itself. At one rooftop, attribution moved from 56.9% of closed deals to 87.4% once identity was resolved across systems.
Do you sell media or leads?
No. We do not sell media, take referral fees, mark up ad spend, or resell leads. There is no incentive for us to report a number that flatters a channel we profit from.
What systems does it connect to?
DMS deal and service records, CRM leads and consent state, website sessions and forms, phone and chat, media platforms including Google and Meta, assistant-driven search, and your data warehouse. Anything without a standard connector runs through the API or a flat-file feed.
Who owns the customer data?
The dealer does. Each tenant gets isolated storage and its own encryption keys. There is no shared identity graph sold back to the market and no modeling across clients. On exit you get a full export and we destroy our copy.
What does identity resolution actually find?
At one live rooftop it found 16,179 shoppers who were already customers, unified 232,000 service records, and showed that 42,466 of 63,979 serviced vehicles were bought somewhere else. That was roughly $100.8M in recoverable revenue sitting in the service lane.
Which brands, and how long is a walkthrough?
Built for Toyota and Lexus rooftops, architected for every OEM. A walkthrough runs forty-five minutes: bring your last media invoice and read access to your DMS, and we run your trailing thirty days through the ledger on the call.
Bring your last invoice. We will show you what it actually bought.
Forty-five minutes, your own numbers, no slideware. Bring your last media invoice and we handle the rest. If the ledger does not change how you read that invoice, we will say so and end the call early.
